How to fill NATA 2019 application form online

National Aptitude Test in Architecture ( NATA ) is an entrance examination which opens the door to one who wants to become an Architect. Those who want the admission to first year Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch) in the academic year 2019-2010, should score the NATA 2019 exam conducted by the Council of Architecture. This is an all India level examination. The qualified candidate can take admission in any of the colleges providing architecture course in India according to their NATA score. NATA exam conducts twice in a year.

 In order to attend the NATA exam one should meet the following criteria:

1. One who has completed or appeared his/her plus two examinations can apply for NATA 2019 exam.
2. Any stream of 3-year diploma (10+3).(Mathematics is a compulsory paper in the course)
3. International Baccalaureate Diploma after 10 years of schooling.
4. In the above-said programmes should have compulsory papers Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry

Necessary steps  for registering NATA 2019 

NATA online application form 2019 is very interactive in nature. When the cursor is placed over the certain field, it will show the message to guild the candidate for filling up the application form.

Step 1 – The candidate can go through the link provided in the official website of NATA 2019 examination or click here to access the registration portal directly for starting the registration procedures.

Step 2 – Give the basic details including email id,  date of birth, mobile number etc to create your own portal (Candidates portal). A user name and password will be generated at the beginning of registration. Next, the candidate has to select a security question and answer, which will help to retrieve the password, if the candidate forgot it. It is very important to choose a strong password for secure login and keep the same in mind for further use.

Step 3- Once the login process is completed candidates can enter their personal, communication, and academic details in the corresponding table as directed by the application form itself. Candidate can also prefer the examination centers wisely according to their convenience. (Maximum three options can choose)

Step 4 – As the next stage, the candidate can upload their Recent Passport size photo ( in color), signature and community certificate (applicable for reserved category only). The document should meet the following specifications to avoid errors while uploading the same.

Step 5 –  Once the documents have been uploaded, the candidate can submit the application form by clicking the corresponding button given in the form. When the personal details have been submitted, the system will generate a unique APPLICATION number ( 8 digits numeric number) for the candidate. which should be saved for further use. Once the application form is submitted, it cannot be edited later.

Step 6 – Finally, an application fee of Rs. 1800/examination (either first test or second test) ( Rs. 1500 for SC/ST candidates) has to be paid through online using credit card, debit card, or net banking. There is an option for the candidates to register the two examinations (to appear for both first and second test) at one time by doing the payment of Rs. 3500 ( Rs. 2800 for SC/ST candidates).

The candidate can pay their application fee by clicking the link “Payment of fee using EPG services”. The system will automatically be directed to a webpage where payment options like the debit card, credit card or net banking facilities are available. Candidate can choose any one of these options for the payment.

Step 7 –  Once the payment process has been successfully completed, the system will redirect the candidate to the home page where you can see the status of fee payment. Now confirmation page of your online application can be downloaded. The candidate has to download it and take its printout for future reference. The candidate is not supposed to send any document to the Council by post. A print out of the Confirmation page is not allowed as the Admit card for taking the NATA examination.

All the candidates are advised to fill up the application form NATA 2019 carefully and it is necessary to go through the preview of the application form before submitting the same online.
